Services are offered by IONESCU LUPEANU ENGINEERING S.R.L. within the professional competence, applicable authorisations and contractual scope confirmed for each project.
Enquiry and quotation
A WhatsApp message, email or phone call is an initial enquiry. The scope, applicable field of authorisation, fee, travel costs, schedule and deliverable are confirmed in the quotation or contract.
Information and access
The client must provide accurate information and the agreed access. Missing documents, inaccessible areas and concealed defects may limit findings.
Fees
Displayed “from” prices are indicative and do not constitute quotations. Any applicable VAT, travel costs, investigations and additional services are confirmed before engagement.
Responsibilities and roles
Each project participant retains their legal responsibilities. An inspection, assessment or site-supervision service does not replace design, construction, design verification or services requiring separate professional authorisation.
Intellectual property
Website text, visual identity and materials may not be reproduced commercially without permission except where allowed by law.
